3. Online Booking Terms
• Online booking requests are not confirmed until verified and confirmed by our reception team • Appointments not attended without 24-hour cancellation notice may be subject to a no-show fee • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where clinically or operationally necessary • Urgent or emergency consultations cannot be guaranteed through the online booking system — please call 022 482 2552
4. AI Health Guide Terms
• The AI Health Guide provides general health information only — not personalised medical advice • You agree not to use the AI Health Guide for emergency situations (call 10177) • You acknowledge that the AI guide is automated and not staffed by a medical professional • You agree to seek professional medical advice before making any health decisions • The accuracy of AI responses is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for treatment decisions
