Family Medicine & General Practice

Our family physicians provide comprehensive primary care from the first consultation to long-term management. We treat acute illnesses, provide preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.

Chronic Disease Management

Chronic disease management is a cornerstone of our practice. We follow current South African Medical Foundation (SAMF) guidelines and SEMDSA protocols to manage your conditions with regular follow-up and structured care plans.

  • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (monitoring HbA1c, diabetes education, foot care)
  • Hypertension (blood pressure targets, lifestyle modification, medication review)

Note: We provide 6-monthly chronic reviews, HbA1c testing, lipogram checks, kidney function and relevant monitoring aligned with best practice guidelines.
From Newborn to Adolescent

Child Health & Developmental Milestones

We are dedicated to the health and development of your children. Our practice follows the Road to Health Booklet guidelines and provides comprehensive child health services aligned with the Department of Health's Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI).

  • Newborn check-ups and neonatal assessments

  • PAP smears (cervical cancer screening per NCCN guidelines — 3-yearly from age 21)
